We leave a few small balls on the cutting table, and we remove all the rest in the refrigerator again, taking out as necessary. Each piece is slightly rolled out and we form circles with a hollow in the middle, that is, small bagels, only without a hole, but simply with a small depression. Lubricate our buns with egg yolk, diluted with water, and put them for 8 minutes in a preheated to 180 degrees oven.
