In the autumn, one of the favorite desserts of each family is baked fragrant apples. But today we offer to improve your recipe for goodies and cook in the oven baked apples in the dough.

Sweet dessert of apples baked in puff pastry

Place the dough on the table and give it about 20 minutes to defrost.

Fat curd, put in a bowl, and adding to it brown sugar, rub them together with a tablespoon. The kernels of walnuts are chopped as small as possible with a knife, and then we knead them into the cottage cheese.

With apples of small size cut the skin. Next, using a small knife, we cut out the middle with the seeds. Now all this space is filled with a wonderful filling of cottage cheese with nuts.

We remove the dough from the packing material and, laying it on a table covered with ordinary flour, roll it out with a rolling pin. After we cut it with such squares to place an apple in them. We lay out on each such piece of dough on this fruit and, lifting its edges up tightly tear. We move the wrapped apples to the baking sheet covered with parchment paper and send it to the center of the oven heated to 215 degrees for 20 minutes. The finished dessert is strained with sugar powder through a strainer.

Apples "Roses" baked in puff pastry

In this recipe, we will use the puff pastry without yeast, which is previously thawed.

We do not remove the rind from apples, but simply cut them as thinly as possible. We put them in a small scoop, fill everything with clean water with dissolved sugar and citric acid.

As soon as the water in the scoop boils, remove it from the plate and throw all the contents on a metal sieve, and then lay out the apple slices to dry them. Roll the defrosted dough and cut it into 3 cm ribbons, no more than 35 centimeters in length. On these stripes we put dried soft apples and, having curtailed everything with a roll, we get rosettes. We bake them on a sheet of paper covered with paper for 20 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees. Ready to bake with sugar powder.

Recipe for apples baked in a sand dough in the oven

Soften the butter with wheat flour, and then combine this crumb with whipped egg whites, sugar and knead the dough, and then send it for an hour in the fridge.

From the ripe apples we cut out (from above) the middle, leaving the bottom untouched, and fill the apple cups with honey.

From a cool dough roll out the "sausage" and divide it into the number of prepared fruits. From each such piece roll a thin cake, put in its center apple with honey and close it in a short dough. We put everything on a baking sheet and bake this unusual yummy for about 30 minutes at 185 degrees.
