The best way to make a wedding bright and non-standard is to take it into your own hands. As you know, there are no trifles in the wedding celebration, any of its attributes has a sacred meaning, and therefore requires a special decoration. Our master class will be dedicated to decorating wedding candles with our own hands. Of course, now on sale you can find candles of any size and shape, but it will be more interesting to use handmade wedding candles.

1. To make a candle for the wedding with our own hands, take a plastic bottle of suitable shape.
2. Cut off the bottle neck and bottom.
3. We make 8 notches at the top of the bottle at regular intervals.
4. On each of the resulting denticles, we mark triangles.
5. Cut the bottle along the planned lines.
6. We connect the teeth, insert a wick between them and fix the paint tape.
7. Grind with a grater or knife a few (in our case 4) candles.
8. We turn our form upside down, put it in a glass and smear the walls with vegetable oil. To prevent the wick from shifting when pouring, fix it with a brush.
9. We will melt the paraffin in a water bath and fill it in a mold. To avoid leaks, pre-roll the lower part of the mold into polyethylene.
10. Let the paraffin stiffen and, if necessary, add more paraffin to smooth the irregularities.
11. In the end we will get such a candle.

How to decorate wedding candles?

Decoration of candles for a wedding is a creative activity, requiring some skill and imagination. Decor candles can be filled with symbols that are understandable and close to the hearts of the newlyweds, or to echo the bride's attire. It is unlikely that you can give ready-made recipes, but still we risk to offer some ideas on how to decorate candles for a wedding.

1. Take the candle and draw on it the outline of the heart. We will cover the candle with acrylic paint, leaving the outline of the heart not painted.
2. To decorate the candles, we prepare the roses from satin ribbons and pins with beads.
3. The heart contour is selected by gluing small beads with a glue gun. Around him, we'll randomly put roses and just pins. To make the pins better fit into the candle, they should be slightly warmed up, then they will enter gently, without the risk of splitting the candle.
4. We glue to the roses and pins of the bead with the help of a glue gun.
5. Let's complete the composition with golden beads.
6. Draw gold curls with nail polish or acrylic paint.
7. We will complement the decor of the candle with bows made of golden taffeta.
8. In the same style, we will decorate the candle stand.
9. Install the candle on the stand.
10. Decorating this way, and wedding glasses, we get in the end such a composition.

Another option for decorating candles for a wedding is this:

1. We paste in the bottom of the candle braid of halves of beads, wrapping it about half the candle.
2. Further we wind the candle with a narrow satin ribbon, leaving about a quarter of the candle free. To the tape does not slip, it is also fixed with glue. We continue decorating, gluing large roses from the pink satin at the border of satin ribbon and braid. Below them, we place the smaller roses from the cream satin. We will complement the decor with beads.
3. The result of our efforts will be such a gentle candle, which can complement the decorated in the same style glasses.
