For the filling, the peeled berries fall asleep about a third of the sugar and leave the juice stand out for about half an hour. Add the remaining sugar to the resulting mixture, add honey and pectin, and then place the saucepan over a small fire to boil for 10 minutes or until the syrup thickens to the consistency of the jam. When the berry stuffing has cooled, it is divided between the circles of the rolled dough and the edges are creased.
