For the dough, mix the soda with a glass of warm kefir and pour the mixture into a deep bowl. Next, pour in melted margarine and add a pinch of salt. We sift the flour and pour it into the liquid ingredients in portions. We knead the dough, which does not stick to the hands. We cover the container with the test film and leave it to rest for the preparation time of the filling.

For filling, onions are cut into thin rings, and mushrooms - by plates. Pass the onion and mushrooms in vegetable oil until the moisture evaporates completely. Chicken cut into strips and fry until the meat grasps, not bringing it to its full readiness. Potatoes are cleaned, mine and cut into large cubes, boil the tubers to half-ready in salted water.

The finished dough is divided into 2 parts, one of them is rolled into a layer for the base, on which we put layers of fillings on top, and the second layer closes the kurik from above. Make holes in the test to exit the steam and put the kurik in a preheated to 190 degree oven to bake until golden brown.

Chicken minced seasoning. Onions are sliced ​​in vegetable oil until golden. Potatoes are rubbed on a large grater and quickly boil in salted water until half cooked.

For the dough mix the milk with the melted margarine and add the soda, which is extinguished with lemon juice. The flour is sieved, mixed with salt and poured into liquid ingredients, constantly mixing the dough. We leave the finished dough for an hour in the fridge, then divide it in half and roll it into two layers. On the main layer, lay layers of filling and butter, and the second close the pie. Lubricate the surface of the pie with vegetable oil and put everything in the oven. Kornik from potatoes and minced meat is cooked for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
