Grind the cheese on a grater, and in the same manner grind the finished peeled eggs. We clean and squeeze garlic teeth through the press.

Let's take out the iceberg lettuce on the leaves and cut out the thickened part of it. The rest of the sheets are cut into large cubes. We connect all the prepared ingredients in a bowl, add mayonnaise and mix. As a rule, salt from pistachios, cucumbers and smoked chicken is enough to make the taste of the salad harmonious, but in any case, we will remove the sample and, if necessary, add it.
