Pies with cabbage from yeast dough

If you need to quickly feed the home and all wanted a baked one, you can cook pies with cabbage, because fresh yeast dough or puff is easy to buy in the kitchen. But it's better to mix it yourself. Cabbage for pies we use kvasshennuyu or pre-put out fresh.

In a mug we combine sugar, yeast and a little flour, pour water or milk, mix and warm up in a water bath. Place a mug of opaque in the heat of 15 minutes, let it rise.

We rinse the cabbage and put it back in a colander. We clean the onion, cut it finely. Let's pass the onion in oil in a frying pan, after which we mix it with cabbage. Instead of sauerkraut it is possible to use fresh, in this variant it should be chopped and put out with onion in a frying pan.

In a working bowl, sift flour, add salt and spoon (you can and 1 chicken egg). Mix the dough (or mixer), then stir, knead and place in heat, in half an hour you can make pies.

Turn on the oven in advance.

The dough is divided into 18-20 small approximately equal lumps, from each we roll out a cake-substrate, in the center of which we place a little cabbage filling. We protect the edges.

Patties spread on a greased baking sheet. Bake about 25 minutes (watch visually when beautifully browned).

You can make roasted yeast pies with cabbage for the same recipe. Do exactly as if they were going to oven them in the oven, only they should be flatter on both sides, so we sculpt and press.

Frying with vegetable oil is not useful, so we will grease a frying pan with a piece of lard or fry on melted cream butter (however, this is a matter of individual choice). Roast-pie patties with a turn, readiness determine visually by color.

And if you want to make pies with cabbage from puff yeast dough, it 's also easy. We knead the dough in the same way as in the previous recipe, abundantly grease with oil, put the next one on top and so on. Now roll the pile into one layer (you can repeat the cycle). After these operations, the test should be given for about 20 minutes. Then patties, bake or fry.
