Recipe for tiramisu with mascarpone at home

Tiramisu is a popular Italian multilayer dessert (actually a cake). In the preparation of this delicacy, the classic version uses cream cheese mascarpone, coffee, cocoa powder, chicken eggs, sugar and savoyardi cookies. Sometimes cocoa powder is replaced with grated chocolate, a liqueur is added to the coffee impregnation.

You can cook tiramisu on the occasion of the holiday, this dessert has a subtle, strict, unprivileged and delicate taste. Definitely, such confectionery refinement will pleasantly surprise your home and guests, especially gourmets.


A simple classic recipe for tiramisu with mascarpone

Ingredients:

First, we prepare the cream for tiramisu with mascarpone, for this purpose we beat egg whites separately + 2 tbsp. spoons of powdered sugar in a stable foam. Yolks with 2 table spoons of powder - grate with whisk.

We connect the yolks with the mascarpone cheese and beat it with a fork. Little by little (a tablespoon) we add proteins and mix carefully and not for long.

The cooled espresso is mixed with the liqueur. You can add a little cinnamon or vanilla.

Each dip is dipped for 5-8 seconds into the coffee-liqueur mix and spreads the layer (one to the other) on a platter or in a serving form with a rim.

We spread and spread a layer of cookies with cream - we spend only half. Next - the second layer of cookies. The final layer is the remaining cream. We sprinkle the whole structure on top of cocoa powder or grated chocolate (you can add ground nuts or almonds to this mixture).

We leave the cake for at least two hours in a cool place - the biscuits must soak well.

Mixer at high speed, but not for long (otherwise the butter will turn out), whip the cream with sugar. Add the mascarpone cheese and stir it until smooth. The cream is ready. As you remember, we still need coffee-alcohol impregnation, savoyardi cookies (well, or other biscuit biscuits), as well as chocolate sprinkling, that is, the same ingredients that we used in the first recipe.

Now we build tiramisu with cream and mascarpone without eggs, in the same way, in the same sequence as described in the previous recipe. That is, we dip the pastry into the impregnation, lay out the layer, on top - the cream, then - another layer of cookies, again the cream and sprinkled.
