Preparing a cake in the form of a slide is a simple task and does not require special skills and abilities. Simple execution of the recipe from a minimal set of products gives a fantastic taste result.

  1. Initially, to prepare the dough, break into a bowl of eggs, pour a glass of sugar and whisk the ingredients to splendor.
  2. Add to the vessel two glasses of sour cream and once again whisk.
  3. Pour into the egg mixture with sour cream cocoa powder, sifted flour, a little vanilla and add baking powder or vinegar extinguished soda.
  4. We mix the components of the dough and pour it on a baking tray, having previously smeared it with oil.
  5. Bake the cake in a preheated oven to 185 degrees until cooked and let it cool down completely.
  6. In the meantime, whisk the well-cooled sour cream mixer to the splendor, then sprinkle a little of the remaining sugar, a pinch of vanillin and whisk for a while.
  7. Sour cream for cooking cream is better to take fat content of more than twenty percent, so that the cream is more dense and remained on slices of biscuit, without draining onto a dish.
  8. Now cut the cake into cubes of approximately equal size with a side about one and a half to two centimeters, spread them into portions in sour cream, dip them on all sides and lay them on the dish.
  9. The rest of the cream is poured onto the cake from above, sprinkle the product with chocolate chips and let it soak for several hours in the refrigerator.

Cake "Snow Mountain" is prepared in the same manner, only when decorating instead of chocolate chips generously sprinkled with coconut shavings.

The Gorka cake with cherries and sour cream is also no less original and delicious. In this case, slices of biscuit in sour cream should alternate with berries without cherries, and in sour cream add a half cup of sugar more.

  1. Mix in a bowl a little whipped with sugar eggs, melted butter or margarine with sour cream and sifted flour, while adding baking powder or soda ash.
  2. We get a fairly thick dough, which we divide into small balls, put them on a board and put them in the freezer for about forty minutes.
  3. After a while, grind the balls of dough through a large grater and spread the shavings on a baking tray.
  4. Brush the chips in the oven, let it cool down and break it into pieces.
  5. Mix the condensed milk with the crumbs, steamed raisins and nuts and put them on the dish with a slide, giving the dessert the desired form with moistened hands.
