A classic recipe for homemade chocolate

- cocoa powder 100 g;
- butter - 50 g;
- skim milk - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
In a water bath, melt cream butter. Milk warmed slightly in a saucepan, pour cocoa and sugar, mix thoroughly so that lumps do not form, but do not bring to a boil. Then we pour in the melted oil, mix it, let it boil and hold on the plate for another 2 minutes. We pour the chocolate on the molds and place the dessert in the refrigerator until it is completely solidified. After 5 hours, milk chocolate is ready at home!
Chocolate recipe at home with vanilla
Ingredients:
- butter - 125 g;
- cocoa powder 100 g;
- sugar - 1 item;
- milk - 100 ml;
- dry milk - 2 items;
- vanilla essence - 3 drops;
- nuts assorted - to taste.
Preparation
To make chocolate at home, pour the milk into the sauté pan, lightly warm it and pour sugar and vanilla. Stirring, we introduce melted butter, pour cocoa and soluble milk. When all the ingredients are well dissolved, add crushed nuts and take chocolate for 25 minutes at the lowest heat. After that, pour the mass into shapes, cool and remove to harden into the cold.
Chocolate in home conditions with raisins
Ingredients:
- cocoa butter - 50 g;
- cream - 10 tbsp. spoons;
- powdered sugar - 8 tbsp. spoons;
- butter - 30 g;
- cocoa in tiles;
- raisins - to taste.
Preparation
We construct the first water bath, so that the bottom of the top saucepan does not touch the water in the bottom pan. After that, melt the cocoa butter on it, broken by pieces. Next, add a block of grated cocoa, pour a little cream, throw the sugar and butter. Put the rinsed raisins, mix the mass and take it over a small fire until all the ingredients are completely dissolved. Then remove the chocolate from the plate and beat it well at low speed with a mixer, 10 minutes. During the whipping process, the mixture will become homogeneous, lush and will gradually thicken. We shift the chocolate into silicone molds and send it to the cold.
Hot chocolate at home
Ingredients:
- milk - 250 ml;
- chocolate black - 100 g;
- water filtered - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- whipped cream;
- sugar - to taste.
Preparation
Chop the chocolate into pieces, put it in a container and put it in the steamer. In the melted chocolate, add a little water and mix until homogeneous. Then pour in the separately heated milk, inject it with a thin stream of cream and whip the mass continuously with a whisk. Now we pour the chocolate on the cups, fill it with whipped cream and put sugar to taste.
