Honey cake "Korovka" - recipe
Honey cakes in combination with sour cream with boiled condensed milk and create the most characteristic taste of your favorite sweetness. Preparing such a dessert is easy, but the taste is simply terrific.
Ingredients:
For the cake:
- chicken eggs - 3 pieces;
- honey natural - 150 g;
- sand sugar - 150 g;
- butter - 150 g;
- food soda - 10 g;
- wheat flour - 610 g;
- cocoa powder 30 g;
For cream:
- condensed milk condensate - 375 g;
- sour cream fat content of 15-20% - 1.2 kg.
Preparation
- To start, we weigh sour cream in a gauze pouch over a bowl or sink for several hours.

- In the ladle we heat up to seventy degrees of honey and dissolve baking soda in it until a thick foam appears.

- We divide the flour into six or twelve pieces, roll each one on a separate section of parchment and cut off, taking as a template a lid or a plate.
- We prick the cakes with a fork and bake them at a temperature of 185 degrees until ready. Time depending on the thickness of the cakes can vary from five to ten minutes.

- roasted peanuts - 150 g;
- boiled condensed milk - 490 g;

- sour cream with a fat content of 25% - 160 g;
- peanuts roasted for decoration.
Preparation
- To prepare a waffle cake "Korovka", where the taste of peanuts is dominant, crush roasted nuts in a blender, then add sour cream, boiled condensed milk and cottage cheese and once again scroll in the container of the device until uniform.
