Puff dough and roll it in the form of a square or rectangle. The dough should turn out to be thin. Divide it into rectangles measuring approximately 10x20 cm, and lay a spoonful of jam on one side of the rectangle. The other side cover the jam and protect the edges from three sides.

On the top of each puff make 3-4 incisions with a knife. Put them on a baking tray, oiled, and send it to the oven, heated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
