Preparation of the dough for the Pancho cake begins with the processing of eggs. To do this, we connect them with sand sugar and beat until lightening, frothing and splendor. Now we introduce into the egg mass cocoa powder, condensed milk and sour cream and once again scroll with a mixer or whisk. Next, sift small amounts of flour and baking powder into the dough and gently interpose the spatula until all lumps are dissolved.
