Layered pie with raspberries - simple recipe

Crispy puff pastry in a duet with tender raspberry filling is a good addition to evening tea or an easy day's snack. And most importantly - a pie can be cooked in 15 minutes, literally before the arrival of guests.

The oven is heated to 200-220 degrees (depending on the recipe for the puff pastry indicated on the package). Puff pastry put in a baking dish, oiled, and set to bake in the oven for 5 minutes. When the dough in the oven rises slightly, it must be pierced in several places with a fork, and then continue baking for another 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Increase in the size of the cake sprinkled with sugar and let it melt into caramel in the oven (2-3 minutes). Leave the layered base to cool, and in the meantime prepare the cream for the pie, whipping the sour cream with sugar and vanilla. The cooled cake is greased with a cream, and a dense layer is spread on it fresh raspberries. Cover the cake with a pattern of chocolate topping or caramel and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Now a pie with fresh raspberries can be proudly served guests.

Another quick recipe is more like a cake or cheesecake, as it is prepared on a sand dough, with a complement in the form of a thick curd soufflé and fresh raspberries.

We pour the butter on a water bath and mix it with sugar powder and 2 egg yolks. In the egg-and-butter mixture add dry ingredients: flour and soda, and knead the dough in a dense lump. We wrap the short pastry with food film and leave it in the fridge for 1-2 hours (the express recipe for raspberry cake does not provide for cooling the dough, so if this happens, you can skip this step).

When the dough "rest", it can be put in a greased form and put it in the oven at 200 degrees 15-20 minutes or until blanch.

While the base is baked - we will prepare the filling: mix the curd with a mixer (if it is too friable - add cream) and condensed milk. Lubricate the curd mass with a cooled sand base and decorate the cake with fresh raspberries. Pieces of berries can be added to the curd mass itself. Cottage cheese pie with raspberries is left in the refrigerator until it freezes or, in a special hurry, in the freezer (literally 5-10 minutes).

Sour cream pie with raspberries

The same pie from childhood - airy, warm, hearty and fragrant. It is highly recommended to drink it with chilled milk to create an atmosphere of the past.

On the oiled form pour half the dough, fill the raspberries and cover everything with the remaining dough. The cake with raspberries and sour cream is baked 20 minutes at 180 degrees, is decorated with sugar powder and is eaten with a nostalgic mood.
