One packet of gelatin is dissolved in ½ cup of hot water. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar. We beat all this into the cream with a blender or mixer, gradually pour melted gelatin and whisk together. Half the bananas, chopped finely add to the cream at the very end. We take out the ready-made cake from the freezer and pour out the cream on top, spread it and again into the freezer for a quarter of an hour. We cut the remaining bananas with rings. The juice is heated and dissolved in it gelatin (1 pack). On the frozen cream we spread banana rings and fill it with fruit jelly. Now the cake should freeze in the refrigerator for about an hour.
