Preparation
To the eggs we pour melted cream margarine, after that we introduce soda, which is disinfected with table vinegar, and we pour out fine sugar. Before dissolving the sugar, thoroughly rub the whole mixture with a spoon. Then directly into this bowl we sift the flour and gradually mix it into the liquid mass, so we get the dough. We form from it an average thickness of sausage and divide it into equal eight parts. Each of them is rolled out into a thin round plate, similar in shape to the bottom of your frying pan, and baked, keeping the cakes literally for 2-3 minutes with medium fire mode.
Eggs are ground with the addition of fine sugar and wheat flour. In the boiled milk very slowly pour this egg mixture and rhythmically stir it in milk. When the cream begins to become more dense, add vanilla. We hold it to the desired consistency on fire, set it aside and let it cool to a cool place.
