Sponge cake with fruits and sour cream

On the occasion of the celebration or just for that matter, a simple biscuit cake with fruit and sour cream will become the star of any table. Light biscuit, in the company of juicy seasonal fruits and berries is saturated with whipped cream of sour cream, turns from a budget recipe, into a luxurious dish, suitable for any occasion.

Eggs turn into a whitish cream along with sugar and place over a boiling water bath. Constantly stirring, let the egg cream thicken, and then whisk all with a mixer at maximum speed for about 8 minutes, after removing it from the bath. Gently stir everything with a spatula, add flour to the dough in three stages. The most recent in the dough will be melted butter. Pour the dough into a pair of oiled forms and put it at 185 degrees for half an hour. Cut each of the cooled biscuits in half.

Whisk the cream until firm peaks with sugar powder, gently mix the whipped cream with sour cream. Lubricate the resulting cream with biscuits and put the slices of peaches on top. Collect the biscuit with fruit and sour cream together and decorate the cake with mint leaves.

Turn sugar and soft butter into a magnificent cream, and then start one by one to add eggs to it. Then pour in the milk. Separately, mix the dry ingredients and gradually add them to the oily-egg mixture. Divide the dough between a pair of forms and put the bake at 160 degrees for half an hour.

In the meantime, prepare the filling of the cake with sour cream and fruits - the sour cream itself. Soften the butter and beat it with cheese, sour cream and powdered sugar. The resulting mass is distributed between the cakes. Gather the cakes together and decorate everything with fruits and berries. Biscuit with sour cream and fruit is served after pre-cooling.
