The recipe for a cold beetroot on kefir
Ingredients:
- kefir - 1 l;
- water 980 ml;
- sour cream low-fat - 40 ml;
- chicken fillet - 2 pieces;
- Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs .;
- fresh greens - 1 bunch;
- egg of chicken - 5 pcs .;
- medium beet - 2 pcs .;
- potatoes - 165 g;
- spice;
- mayonnaise - for refueling;
- lemon acid.
Preparation
Before you prepare a cold, let the kefir dilute with cold water, and wash the beets and cook until ready. Then we clean the vegetables, rub on the grater and pour into kefir. Stir and place the dishes in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
In the meantime, we prepare all the other ingredients: we process the chicken breast, rinse and boil it in salted water. Potatoes and eggs cook separately. Cucumbers cut into small cubes, sorrel, onion and dill washed, shaken and chopped into pieces. Now cut the boiled meat in small slices and put into a bowl. We add peeled and grated eggs, potatoes, crushed in cubes, and all fresh herbs. We fill the resulting mass with sour cream, mayonnaise, throw lemonade, spices to taste and carefully mix everything like a salad. After that, we spread it into a real chilled kefir with beetroot and serve the cold to the table.
Cold in Belarusian on kefir
Ingredients:
- sorrel fresh - 405 g;
- eggs - 245 g;
- fresh cucumber - 185 g;
- feathers of green onions - to taste;
- kefir - 980 ml;
- water 980 ml;
- fresh dill - 1 bunch;
- spice;
- sour cream is low-fat - to taste.
Preparation
Sorrel is washed, cut into pieces and thrown into a saucepan with boiling salted water. We cook the greenery exactly 1 minute and remove the dishes from the plate. Cool the broth and put it away for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Eggs boil separately in dippers, and then cool, clean and finely cut with a knife. Green onions and dill too. Cucumbers cut into cubes and throw all the prepared ingredients in a saucepan with chilled sorrel. In the last turn we infuse kefir, we put spices to taste and sour cream. Thoroughly stir everything and serve the cold from sorrel on kefir to the table.
The recipe for a cold meat on yogurt with cucumber
Ingredients:
- boiled meat - 155 g;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- fresh cucumber - 215 g;
- fresh dill - to taste;
- green onions;
- rice - 45 g;
- mustard - 25 ml;
- kefir - 655 ml;
- spice.
Preparation
Rice is washed, poured with water and boiled until cooked, and then cooled. Eggs are hard boiled, cleaned and cut into cubes. Boiled meat and fresh cucumbers shredded. Fresh greens are rinsed and cut with a knife. Kefir is combined with mustard, podsalivaem to taste and send the resulting mixture of all the prepared ingredients. We mix well, pour the cold over the plates and serve them on the table.
Lithuanian ice-cream on kefir
Ingredients:
- beets - 605 g;
- kefir - 905 ml;
- sour cream low-fat - 15 ml;
- fresh cucumber - 1 pc .;
- egg - 1 piece;
- sugar - to the taste;
- fresh greens.
Preparation
Beet boil and rub on the largest grater. Cucumber washed and finely chopped. The egg is hard-boiled, cooled, and then shredded into cubes. Fresh greens are rinsed, crushed with a knife. In a large saucepan combine yogurt with sour cream, add grated beets, cucumber, egg and greens. Then season soup with spices, saharim to taste and mix. If the cold on kefir turned thick, dilute it with a little cold boiled water and stir again until smooth. Now we remove the pan in the refrigerator and about an hour later the soup is ready for use.
