Ingredients:
- pork tenderloin - 500 g;
- Parma ham - 90 g;
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- apples - 2 pieces;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- butter - 15 g;
- red onions - 1 pc .;
- champignons - 150 g;
- Parmesan cheese - 25 g;
- sage - 1 handful.
Preparation
To prepare the filling in a frying pan, melt the butter and fry the mushrooms with onion. After 4-5 minutes of cooking, we shift the contents of the frying pan to a plate and leave to cool, after which add grated cheese, sage leaves and mix everything thoroughly.
Parma ham is laid flat on the working surface, and pork tenderloin is placed on top of it, having previously made a longitudinal section on it and opened in the manner of a book. Inside the cut lay out our mushroom filling, close it with a layer of meat and wrap the roll with Parma ham.
Oven reheat to 200 degrees. Roll the roulette in a frying pan until ruddy, and then put it on a baking tray. We bake pork for 30 minutes, and before serving we let it stand for another 5 minutes. Separately bake apples and serve them to meat.

Ingredients:
- olive oil -1 tbsp. a spoon;
- butter - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- Pork pulp - 750 g;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- champignons - 450 g;
- onions - 1 pc .;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- flour - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- white dry wine - 1/4;
- apple juice - 3/4 items;
- chicken broth - 3/4;
- starch - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- thyme - 1 branch.
Preparation
Cream and olive oil is heated in the brazier and fry on it cut into cubes of pork. As soon as the meat turns rosy, we spread it on a plate, and in the brazier we continue to cook sliced carrots, onions and mushrooms. After 4-5 minutes, sprinkle the contents of the brazier with flour and mix.
We pour the wine into the brazier and evaporate it half, then we dilute the remainders with broth and apple juice . We return to the brazier pork, put a twig of thyme and stew for 5 minutes. Ingredients:
- pork tenderloin - 450 g;
- potatoes - 3 pcs .;
- salt, pepper - to taste;

- white mushrooms - 300 g;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- onions - 1 pc .;
- paprika - 1 1/2 tsp.
- flour - 1/4 of the item;
- milk - 2 items;
- chicken broth - 1 item;
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- parsley.
Preparation

In a frying pan, meanwhile, melt butter and fry mushrooms, onion and garlic on it, sprinkling them with paprika and seasoning with salt and pepper. After 8 minutes, pour the contents of the frying pan with broth and add mustard, pour in milk and boil all 1 minute. Add the flour to the sauce, stir well and pour in meat and potatoes. We cook the pork for another 15 minutes and serve it to the table, sprinkled with parsley.
