Pork with oranges

Pork cut into 3-4 pieces and put in a deep glass bowl. Separately mix the juice of 2 oranges with butter, vinegar, honey and passed through the garlic press. Do not forget to add marinade with salt and pepper. Fill the meat with the marinade, cover the container with a food film and leave the pork marinated for 3-4 hours.

We spread marinated meat on a baking sheet, and the marinade itself - in a small bowl, or a saucepan. Bake pork with oranges and honey for 25 minutes at 180 degrees, at the end of cooking leave the meat under the grill for 5 more minutes to form a crispy crust. While the meat is baked, evaporate the marinade to the consistency of thick syrup. We serve pork with the resulting sauce.

Pork stew with oranges

Pork (pulp) cut into large cubes and crumble in flour. Fry the meat in olive oil until golden brown. We add oil to the frying pan and lay the chopped onion, bay leaf and thyme. Fry all 5-6 minutes and add crushed garlic. After garlic, peeled tomatoes, cut into large pieces, potatoes and olives are sent to the pan. After 3-4 minutes, fill all the ingredients with wine, broth and orange juice , do not forget to add and zest. As soon as the mixture starts to boil in the frying pan, cover it with foil and put it in the oven at 160 degrees. Pork with oranges in a frying pan in foil will be ready in 1,5-2 hours.

Before serving, you can remove excess fat, if any, from the dish and serve everything to the table, decorating with greens.

Similarly, pork with oranges can be cooked in a multivark, for this, first fry all the ingredients on "Baking", or "Fry", and then switch to "Quenching" after adding liquid. After 3 hours, the pork will be ready.

Oven warm up to 180 degrees. Pork leg is wiped with a napkin and put on a baking sheet. We pour the meat with orange juice and put in the oven for 3-3 ½ hours, every 30 minutes, polishing the meat with the formed juice. As soon as the meat is ready, we take it out of the oven. Lubricate the leg with a mixture of mustard and sugar. We cut oranges with rings and cover their legs. Each circle of orange is fastened with cloves. We return the pork to the oven for another 30-40 minutes, every 10 minutes, pouring the meat with juice.

We cover the leg with foil and leave to rest, and in the meantime we will take up the sauce: pour the liqueur onto the baking sheet from the pork, bring it to a boil and add the nutmeg and cloves. We serve meat with the prepared sauce to the table.
