Salmon baked with cheese
Ingredients:
- fillet of salmon - 1 kg;
- onions - 1 pc .;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- mayonnaise - 1/3;
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- grated hard cheese - 1/4 of a century;
- grated mozzarella - 1/2 tbsp.
Preparation
Fish fillets are checked for bones and if necessary remove them. Try to use for this recipe a single piece of salmon.
We spread the fish on the baking sheet covered with foil and season with salt and pepper on both sides. On top of the fish fillet we distribute the thin rings of onions.
In a small bowl, beat up the homemade mayonnaise with the garlic and lemon juice passed through the press. Thin layer cover the resulting sauce surface onion cushion and abundantly fill the dish with grated cheese.
We put the fish for 15 minutes in a preheated oven to 200 degrees, and then under the grill - for 2-3 minutes before getting a crispy crust.
Salmon baked with cheese and tomatoes
Ingredients:
- fillet of salmon - 1 kg;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- dried fennel - 1 teaspoon;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- tomato - 1-2 pieces;
- grated hard cheese - 1 item;
- green onions.
Preparation
Oven reheat to 230 degrees. Filleted salmon fillet on a foil-covered baking tray. Surface of fish rubbed with salt, pepper, passed through the press with garlic and dried dill. We cut the tomatoes with thin rings and lay them on top of the fish fillet. Bake the fish for 20 minutes on your own, then sprinkle it with grated cheese, mixed with finely chopped green onions. Return the fish to the oven for another 5 minutes or until the cheese melts completely.
Salmon baked in the oven with cheese
Ingredients:
- salmon fillet - 6 pieces of 150 g;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- cream cheese - 150 g;
- 1/2 peel of lemon;
- fresh breadcrumbs - 25 g;
- grated Parmesan - 25 g;
- parsley.
Preparation
Oven reheat to 200 degrees. Sliced fillets season with salt and pepper from all sides. Cream cheese is mixed with the garlic and lemon zest, passed through the press, salt and pepper are added to the mixture to taste.
Separately mix bread breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan, add to the dry mixture crushed parsley. Carefully distribute the cream cheese over the surface of the fish, and on top we pour the bread crumbs with Parmesan. We bake salmon in the oven for 15 minutes, served immediately.

- fresh oregano - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
