Whisk eggs with milk, adding salt and pepper. We add the dried bread to a flat dish. Heat the oven to 190 degrees, and grease the baking tray with oil.

Chicken fillet carefully beat off and put in the center cheese mass. Fold the meat into a roll and fix it with a toothpick. We dip the roll into the egg-milk mixture, and then roll in the breadcrumb.
