We suggest that you make an unusually tasty meat under a wonderful soy sauce and fry it in a pan.
Meat in soy sauce - a recipe in a frying pan
Ingredients:
- pork (flesh) - 600 g;
- classic soy sauce - 60 ml;
- liquid honey - 2 tsp;
- wheat flour - 80-100 g;
- sesame seeds - 2 tsp;
- a mixture of peppers - to taste;
- kitchen salt - to taste;
- sunflower oil - 50 ml.
Preparation
- Pork pulp thoroughly washed in a lot of cold water and we let it lie down for a while, so that the remains of unnecessary liquid are drained from it.
- Meat does not crush much, but cut it into 4 centimetric pieces. Put them in a high bowl, sprinkle a little kitchen salt, a mixture of peppers and a good mix.
- Now each of the pieces is poured into sifted wheat flour and immediately put them into the frying pan in the frying pan.
- Fry the meat for 8-10 minutes with medium fire.
- In soy sauce, stir the liquid honey and pour this mixture into the container, where our pork is cooked.
- We continue to fry the meat in a frying pan in soy sauce with honey until it becomes viscous and thickens.
- Then sprinkle all the sesame seeds and literally a minute later we set the meat off the hotplate.
Chicken meat in soy sauce in a frying pan
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 550-600 g;
- drinking water - 50 ml;
- salted soy sauce - 50 ml;
- granulated sugar - 1 teaspoon;
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- olive oil - 50 ml.
Preparation
- Properly prepare for further cooking fresh chicken fillet.
- Next, cut it into small cubes or pieces of arbitrary shape, which immediately put in a warm Teflon pan, with a small amount of olive oil.
- Fry the meat pieces until they acquire a white color on all sides, after which we move them to the plate with the help of noise.
- Salted soy sauce half dilute with drinking water and stir in it a tomato paste with the addition of granulated sugar.
- Pour the resulting sauce into the pan with the remaining olive oil.
- Let the liquid boil for about 5 minutes, and then lay out all the pieces of meat and cook them until all the liquid is completely absorbed into the fillets.
