Sometimes the mushroom season comes in the period when tomatoes are already collected and long-processed or eaten. However, tomatoes collected in green often remain in the basement or on the balcony. In this case, the mushroom roe with green tomatoes is prepared for the winter. The recipe will be the same - let the tomatoes through the meat grinder and mix with mushrooms and stewed vegetables, but the taste of this dish will be slightly more aggressive-sour, so you can add a little sugar to the caviar.
