We prepare the filling: we boil the meat until ready, mushrooms and onions are fried in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Then we pass meat and mushrooms through a meat grinder, salt and pepper add to taste. For each pancake spread the filling, level it on the entire surface and roll up the roll. At the tips of the nails, the uneven edges of the dough are obtained. If desired, they can be trimmed, but this is not necessary. Before serving, you can fry the fryers in butter until a crust is formed. We serve to the table with sour cream.
