On the territory of the mosque there is an educational "Qaddafi Center", there are about three hundred students who study Arabic, Islamic theology, design and tailoring, computer skills. At the end of the course, students receive a certificate of education.

Gaddafi Mosque is located in the north of the city center. From Dodoma airport through the highway A104 to the mosque of Gaddafi can be reached on foot or by car, only about one and a half kilometers.
