Chopped chicken fillet with mayonnaise - recipe
Ingredients:
- fillet of chicken breast - 760 g;
- mayonnaise - 120 g;
- onion bulbs - 170 g;
- wheat flour - 75 g;
- eggs of medium size chicken - 2 pcs .;
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch;
- large salt - 10 g or according to taste;
- sunflower without flavor oil for frying cutlets.
Preparation
Preparing chopped chops, rinse the chicken fillet, drain and cut into cubes with a side size of not more than one centimeter. - garlic teeth - 1 piece;
- potato starch - 75 g;
- sour cream - 110 g;
- sprigs of fresh parsley and dill. - 1 small bundle;
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch;
- large salt - 10 g or according to taste;
- sunflower without flavor oil for frying cutlets.
