How to wrap pancakes with caviar?

Even ingredients such as caviar, which causes the interest of consumers to themselves even in their pure form, are always better still and beautifully served. The recipe itself is completely artless, but here's how to properly wrap the pancakes with caviar, we'll disassemble in more detail.

Pancakes with caviar - design options

The beautiful design of pancakes with caviar plays an important role in case you want to select a snack from among others at a banquet or a cocktail party. But before you can nicely serve pancakes with caviar, think about how much your guests will be comfortable eating them several times. Do not give preference to the heap of complex designs and because it will eat a huge amount of time required for molding.

Perhaps you should start with the simplest variation of how you can serve pancakes with red caviar - these are simple pancake triangles. To make one such triangle, it's enough just to fold the pancake in half, and then turn both sides of the pancake to the middle. Over the triangle lay a generous portion of caviar, and as a decoration we supplement everything with herbs. In the neighborhood, you can put a container with sour cream or cream cheese, portions of which guests can spread themselves on top.

Rolls of pancakes with caviar can also be considered as one of the simplest methods of molding. There are two variations: within the first one, you can roll a pancake with a tube, and then wrap it around your axis in the manner of a snail and fix it with a green onion pen, or roll a pipe with a pipe, cut into portions, put it down, and put a piece of caviar over it.

Another way to beautifully wrap pancakes with caviar is a simple bag, the edges of which are fixed together with a feather of green onions. In the center of the pancake, you can lay only caviar or put a serving of sour cream or greens next to it. Collect all the edges of the pancake together and tie together the feather of the green onion.

There are also more cunning ways of forming pancakes, like folding pancakes into buds and laying eggs on top. If you do not know how to wrap pancakes with caviar rosettes, then there is nothing easier: fold a pancake and cut it in half, each of the halves will be a triangle, which will need to be wrapped in a tube. The narrow part of the base bud, turn up, so it fixes the "petals" together and will not let the bud decay. It remains to lay out a portion of caviar and you can serve.

A slightly simpler way to fold a pancake and give it a flower bud shape is this one. Here from the pancake the shape of the lily bud, for which it is also necessary to first fold the pancake in half, then cut and lay on top of each triangle a portion of caviar. Next, cover the caviar filling with the free side edges of the pancake and fix the narrow bud base with the feather of onion. Before you serve pancakes with caviar, you can put a small portion of sour cream or beaten up soft butter with greens and zest on top.

Another method of wrapping involves the preparation of small thick pancakes, which are fried only on one side under the lid, so that the tip remains slightly sticky (but not moist!). The center of this pancake is laid with caviar, and the three edges glue together in such a way that eventually you have a triangle. Of course, in this case, you can also add caviar oil, sour cream, cream cheese or cream cheese like "Philadelphia".
