Ingredients:
- turkey fillet - 600 g;
- onion - 1 pc .;
- red sweet pepper - 2 pcs .;
- pumpkin muscat - 300 g;
- tequila or mescal - 60 ml;
- vegetable oil (preferably olive or rapeseed oil) or pork fat, chicken.
For sauce:
- sour cream fat - 150 ml;
- avocados - 1 piece;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- chilli;
- coriander ground;
- different greens (coriander, parsley, etc.).
Preparation
First, prepare the sauce. Mix sour cream with finely chopped avocado pulp, season with chili pepper, ground coriander and chopped garlic. You can pierce the sauce with a blender.
