Dough we mix liquid from necessarily sifted flour, house kefir , warm milk (water) with salt, sugar, the extinguished soda. Thoroughly mix and wait for 15-20 minutes. Add the melted (but not hot butter), and then eggs, paprika and finely chopped green onions. Stir with a whisk or fork (you can mixer at low speed).

Now you need to decide whether to fry or bake, the latter is more useful. Lubricate the heated frying pan with a piece of fat (fat). Evenly distributing, pour the dough and bake (you can with a coup, you can without). We put the finished pancake into a dish and grease with melted butter or cream (brush). We put the next pancake from above and so on. Sometimes we grease the frying pan with fat.

Serve with grated cheese, you can as an independent dish with tea, compote, milk, yogurt, and you can with an ear or broth, different soups. Sprinkle the pancake with cheese, fold or fold and eat with pleasure. Be careful, "fly away" very quickly.

Now stuffing. Eggs shall be hard-boiled, chilled, cleaned and chopped finely, and also chopped and herbs. Finely chop the onions in a separate frying pan, add the finely chopped mushrooms and pat them for 20 minutes. Mix the onion-mushroom mixture with chopped eggs and greens.
