Delicious and tender turkey meat is very easy to either not ready, or worse, overdry. To avoid eating a rubber piece of turkey fillet, we recommend using a simple method of cooking meat using cream sauce .
Turkey's recipe for creamy mushroom sauce
Ingredients:
- turkey fillet - 500 g;
- salt pepper;

- bacon - 90 g;
- mushrooms - 120 g;
- dried tomatoes - 6-7 pieces;
- cream - 1 2/3 items;
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
Preparation
Oven warm up to 180 degrees. Fillets of turkey rinse with cold water and dry with paper towels. Cut the fillets in small portions and season with salt and pepper. In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry it on a turkey on both sides until golden brown (3-5 minutes will be enough).
Spread the pieces of the bird on a baking tray. Bacon cut into cubes and fry it in a frying pan until golden brown. Separately fry the mushrooms until the moisture evaporates completely, then mix the mushrooms with bacon, add the sliced tomatoes, a little mustard, and pour all the cream. As soon as the cream warms up, pour the sauce over the turkey and put the form in a preheated oven. Bake all 15-20 minutes, then serve turkey fillets in cream sauce separately, along with a garnish of potatoes or pasta.
Turkey with creamy garlic sauce
Ingredients:
- turkey meat - 500 g;
- chicken broth - 1 item;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- onions - 1 pc .;
- butter - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- cream fatty - 1 tbsp.
Preparation
In the brazier, melt butter and fry on it chopped onion until it is transparent. Once the onion is ready, add crushed garlic to it and continue cooking for another 30-40 seconds. The meat of the turkey (preferably red) is cut into cubes and put into onion sausage, fry everything until the turkey is grasped from all sides.
While the meat is fried, mix the cream with chicken broth , do not forget to add a little salt and pepper. If you prefer thick sauces to meat, then the mixture of broth and cream can be added and flour. Fill the cream sauce with meat and cover the dish with a lid. We put the turkey stew on low heat for 20-25 minutes, after which we serve turkey meat in a creamy sauce to the table, sprinkling it with herbs.
Turkey breast in cream cheese cheese sauce
Ingredients:
- paste - 3 items;
- chicken breast - 500 g;
- cream - 200 ml;
- milk - 1 item;
- cheese hard - 200 g;
- a mixture of frozen vegetables - 300 g;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation
In the frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil and pass the vegetable mixture on it until half-ready. Once the vegetables are half ready, add the sliced turkey meat to them and fry it until it grabs.
Paste the pasta until half cooked. Cream and milk mixed and heated in a sauté pan until a boil. Add half of the grated cheese to the milk mixture and mix everything until it melts.
