Raffaello with hard cheese and garlic
Ingredients:
- crab sticks - 1 package (250 g);
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- mayonnaise - to taste;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- greens - for decoration.
Preparation

- low-fat mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
Preparation
Frozen crab sticks are rubbed on a small grater, similarly done with melted cheese and boiled eggs. Mix all three ingredients and season with mayonnaise, add greens to taste. We form from the salad mass balls of small size, we drop each ball in coconut shavings and serve it to the table.
Raffaello with deep-fried crab sticks
Ingredients:
For batter:
- flour - 120 g;
- egg - 1/2 pieces;
- light beer - 1/3 of a century;
- breadcrumbs;
- salt - pinch.
For Rafaello:
- crab sticks - 200 g;
- hard cheese - 150 g;
- mayonnaise, or olive oil;
- greens - to taste;
- vegetable oil - for frying;
- black pepper - to taste.
Preparation
The first thing we 'll do is batter : we sift the sifted wheat flour with salt and half of the beaten egg. Gradually adding the beer to the claret, we knead the dough, which will freely drain off the spoon.
Hard cheese rubbed on the smallest grater, mixed with chopped herbs and olive oil, or fatty mayonnaise so that the cheese mass became dense and well held shape. Season the cheese with pepper to taste. Crab sticks also rubbed on a grater. From the cheese mass with wet hands we form a cake, put a small amount of crab sticks into the center of the cake and roll into the ball. We immerse the bead in batter and crumble it in breadcrumbs . Raffaello snack with olives
Ingredients:
- crab sticks - 1 package (250 g);
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- olives without stones;
- almond;
- fatty mayonnaise - 3-4 st. spoons.
Preparation
Almonds are roasted until browned, if necessary cut into large pieces and fill with nuts the core of each olive. Cheese is rubbed on a large grater and mixed with fat mayonnaise. A sauce with a high fat content is necessary for giving a snack density, so that the ready-made "Raphaelki" keeps its shape on a plate.
