Salad with pineapple and ham

You probably had to try various exotic combinations of meat with pineapple. A variety of salads, snacks and pizzas, in which an exotic fruit makes a company chicken, pork or beef has long been considered a novelty. We will share with you another pineapple recipe, but this time it is more simple and convenient to prepare, since its main ingredient is ham.

Before you prepare a salad with pineapple and ham, let's make the dressing: mix sour cream with milk and dry greens, salt and pepper to taste. To sour cream sauce, add the barbecue sauce and mix everything thoroughly.

We cut into ham straws, pineapple - cubes. Thoroughly mix the prepared ingredients with a salad mix and chopped red onion. Sprinkle the lettuce with grated "Mozzarella" and sprinkle with a dressing.
