Being meat is affordable and widespread, beef is found in our menu incredibly often, but the variety of those dishes that we cook from it leaves much to be desired. In this material, we want to introduce you to new recipes for beef dishes, which can be made quickly and deliciously.
Meatballs in sweet and sour glaze
We all love meatballs and often cook them, but what if we replace the usual tomato or sour cream for meat balls with sweet and sour glaze? It turns out an interesting dish, suitable for garnishes of cereals.
Ingredients:
- beef - 450 g;
- egg - 1 piece;
- milk - 65 ml;
- bread crumb - 40 g;
- onion - 35 g;
- Worcestershire sauce - 5 ml;
- ketchup - 45 ml;
- sugar - 15 g;
- soy sauce - 15 ml;
- grated ginger - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- starch - 10 g;
- sweet pepper - 115 g;
- canned pineapple - 210 g.
Preparation
Prepare a standard basis for meatballs by mixing ground beef with milk, egg, chopped onions and breadcrumbs. Add a generous pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper, then splash the wooster and mix. From the resulting mixture, form the meatballs of the desired size and put them in the oven for 15 minutes at 210 degrees. Combine the ketchup with sugar, soy, ginger and starch diluted in 115 ml of water. Put the mixture on the fire and wait for the boiling. Put the slices of pepper and pineapple in a boiling sauce, and after a couple of minutes add the baked meatballs. Fast and delicious beef dinner is ready, serve meatballs over rice or vegetable assortment.
The second dish of beef is fast and tasty
Ingredients:
- onion - 135 g;
- garlic - 2 teeth;
- fillet of beef - 430 g;
- ground cumin, paprika - 1 tsp each;
- tomato paste - 15 g;
- tomatoes (canned) - 430 g;
- rice - 1 item;
- canned beans - 310 g;
- canned corn - 75 g;
- cheese - 95 g.
Preparation
Finely chop or twist the beef fillet. Spare the onion slices with meat, add garlic and spices to them. Add tomato paste and pour in tomatoes. Next add 400 ml of water and add the washed rice. Cover everything with a lid and leave to languish on low heat, so that rice absorbs moisture. In the final, add the beans and sprinkle the dish with cheese.
Fast and delicious beef soup
Ingredients:
- ground beef - 440 g;
- garlic - 4 teeth;
- onion - 115 g;
- Dried oregano and basil - 1/2 teaspoon each;
- chicken broth - 720 ml;
- meat broth - 520 ml;
- tomatoes (canned) - 320 g;
- cheese - 115 g;
- sheets for lasagna - 8 pcs.
Preparation
Brush minced meat with onions, add to it the garlic, tomatoes and wait until they disperse in mashed potatoes. Mix tomato sauce with both kinds of broth, then add the herbs, wait for the boil and put the broken sheets for lasagna. When the pasta sheets are ready, pour the soup and sprinkle with cheese.
