Ingredients:
- squid (flesh or small carcass) - about 300 g;

- cheese brine (such as brynza, feta, mozzarella) - about 150 g;
- garlic - 1-3 cloves;

Preparation
Squid scalded with boiling water, cleaned of films and cartilage. Boil in boiling water for no more than 3 minutes. We cut with straw (short thin strips). Apple shred small pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice, so it does not get dark, and cheese - very small cubes. All this is connected in a salad bowl. We add sea kale. Season the butter with salt and garlic and red pepper. Pour the salad and mix.
Salad of squid with apples, eggs, fresh cucumber and onions
Ingredients:
- squid (small carcasses) - about 300 g;
- apple green sweet and sour - 1 pc .;
- Chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
- small cucumbers - 3-4 pcs .;
- onion (red is better) - 1 pc .;
- lemon;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- vegetable oil;

Preparation

Ingredients:
- squid carcasses - 200 g;
- summer unsweetened apple - 2 pieces;
- lemon juice - 50 ml;
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- sesame seed - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- seasoning for cooking vegetables "in Korean";
- natural vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation
Carcasses of squid are cleaned from films, washed, cut into rings and boiled in boiling water for 3 minutes, then thrown back to a colander. When the water drains and the rings cool down, we put them in a salad bowl and pour in soy sauce . Carrots are cleaned, three on a special grater or cut into very thin straws and pour 1 tbsp. spoon of vinegar, add spices, mix and leave for a couple of hours. When carrots and squid rings have been marinated sufficiently, mix them, add apples cut into straws, dried in a dry frying pan of sesame. We prepare the dressing: mix the vegetable oil, lemon juice and the remaining vinegar, whisk and pour the salad. Salt is not needed.
Salad of squid with apples in Japanese
