While the spinach is cooling down, a ricotta with grated cheese and feta will be razed in a bowl. Add the egg and ground black pepper to the cheese mixture.

Each of the sheets of dough filo laid out in a prepared form and smeared with olive oil. On top of the base of the dough distribute the cheese filling and put the spinach. We cover the top of the dough with the dough.

Put the dish in the oven. After 30-40 minutes, when the dough will turn golden, the cake will be ready.
