Pineapple is cleaned, the flesh is cut into triangular pieces. The bulb is shredded by thin semirings. In a frying pan, we warm up the oil, quickly fry the chicken fillet, add shrimp and cook for another 30 seconds. Leaves of spinach and Peking cabbage are washed, dried, large-sized riveted and put them in a bowl, we put pineapple slices, chicken and shrimp on top, pour the dressing and mix.

On the heated frying pan with vegetable oil, first wesser the onion to the softness state, and then add the mushrooms and fry until ready. After that we remove from the fire and combine all the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl.
