Salmon steak

Salmon is a valuable, useful and surprisingly delicious fish. It is cooked on the grill, baked in the oven, steamed, fried in a frying pan, used as a filling for pies.

Fatty acids, contained in salmon meat, help to remove harmful cholesterol from the human body, thus preventing the occurrence of heart diseases. Such fatty acids in salmon are about 15%, which is much less than in the composition of meat products. Therefore, fish should be included in the diet at least two times a week. It's not for nothing that the Japanese, who mostly eat fish and other marine products, are considered the most slender and long-living people on earth.

We suggest you use our methods of cooking salmon. The salmon steak, the recipe of which is published below, is taken from Japanese cuisine.

Grilled salmon steak in the frying pan

Now tell you how to fry a salmon steak. For marinade in a separate enamel or pottery mix orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, salt, honey, vegetable and sesame oil. Fry steaks in a frying pan on one side. We smear the fish with marinade and fry on the second side.

In the salad bowl we cut the greens and orange slices. We place the marinade on the fire and let it boil. In the boiling marinade we throw the finely chopped red sweet pepper and remove it from the fire. We pour greens and oranges with this mixture.

On the dish we spread greens with oranges, and on top we shift the steaks from the salmon.

Salmon in marinade, baked under a grill

Ingredients:

To prepare the marinade, combine the juice and lemon zest with finely chopped herbs and onions. Add black pepper crushed in a mortar, cognac and olive oil. Steaks are salted and soaked in the marinade for 20 minutes. Fish fry on the included, at full capacity grill for about 4-5 minutes from one side and the other.

Salmon steak in the multivark

Ingredients:

Mix soy sauce, honey, sherry and squeezed garlic through garlic. All mixed. In the prepared marinade we put the salmon steaks for 1 hour.

In a heated frying pan, fry the strips of ginger until crispy. There, a little fry steaks from two sides. On the leaf of the foil lay out pieces of fish, pour the marinade and tightly wrap. We bring it to readiness in the multivark at the "steamer" mode for 10 minutes. Salmon steak in foil is ready!

Separately boil the asparagus and water it with a mixture of vegetable and sesame oil. Cook rice and combine it with sesame seeds. We boil the remaining marinade after the fish.

Spread the asparagus on the dish, on top of it steak from salmon and decorate with roasted pieces of ginger. On the table, serve with rice as a side dish. We pour the sauce from the marinade.
