So, start preparing our snack from the preparation of vegetables. To do this, take the zucchini, carefully wash it, wipe it with a towel and cut off at both ends. Then carefully remove the pedicle and shinkuem thin longitudinal plates. Cut the tomato first in half, remove the place where the leg was fastened, and cut it into small slices. After this, take the egg, break it into a wide plate, add salt, pepper to taste and whisk thoroughly with a fork or a whisk.

Now in a separate small vessel we squeeze out mayonnaise, add purified and squeezed garlic through the press, mix thoroughly. Next, take a wide flat plate, pour the flour and dipped in it our prepared plates from courgettes on both sides. After that, we dip them just like in the egg mixture and quickly fry in a heated frying pan in vegetable oil for about 2 minutes.

Carefully remove the ready-made zucchini, put it on a plate and while they are hot, we grease on one side with a spicy mayonnaise sauce . Spread on the edge of a piece of tomato, leaves of parsley and tightly turn everything into a roll.
