Oven warm up to 180 degrees. Forms for cupcakes are greased with vegetable oil and we put in them 3 layers of dough filo, not forgetting to smear with oil each of them.

Chicken cut into cubes and quickly fry in vegetable oil, so that the pieces are seized. Also put the spinach in a frying pan and mix everything. Add the chopped green onion and divide the filling between the molds. Over each "basket" with chicken, drive a chicken egg. We send the dish to the oven for 18 minutes. Before serving, chicken baked with eggs should be cooled.

Macaroni baked with egg

Oven warm up to 180 degrees. Mix the boiled pasta with olive oil, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and chili sauce. We season everything with a good pinch of salt and pepper.

We put the pasta in a baking dish and beat it over 2 eggs. Bake the dish for 15-18 minutes, and before serving, sprinkle all the grated cheese.

Tomato sauce baked with egg

Crispy puff pastry with tomato sauce and egg - a wonderful breakfast or a hot snack on a buffet table. Depending on your taste preferences, you can add ham, meat, grated cheese or vegetables to the baskets.

For the sauce, we warm up the olive oil and fry the onion on it until soft (about 5 minutes). Add garlic to the onions and continue cooking for another minute. Add cumin, paprika, chili and quickly mix everything. Now it's time to add tomato slices, stew them for 4-5 minutes, add vinegar, sugar and salt. Extinguish tomatoes 20-30 minutes.

The oven is heated up to 190 degrees. In the muffin molds, lay out the thinly rolled puff pastry and bake it in the oven for 10-15 minutes. In half-finished baskets spread a couple of tablespoons of sauce and drive the egg. Return the baskets to the oven and bake them for 13-15 minutes. Ready eggs, baked in the dough served, sprinkled with chopped green onions.
