Beef liver roll with egg

Rolls from the liver with a filling, perhaps, stars among all the variety of such dishes. The filling can be meat, cheese, greens and vegetables, or eggs. In the recipes below, we chose the last ingredient for ourselves.

First of all, we will deal with eggs: two eggs should be boiled hard, cleaned and chopped. In a frying pan, melt the finely chopped bacon and fry on it onions until golden. Mix the onion roast with a finely chopped egg, a small amount of salt, pepper, and finely chopped green onions.

The beef liver is thoroughly washed and cleaned from the ducts and films. We cut the liver with plates and lightly beat off to a thickness of about half a centimeter. Hepatic chop we dry with paper towels and put it on the work surface. From one of the edges of the chop we put a portion of the egg filling and turn the liver into a roll, then fix it with toothpicks.

The remaining egg is beaten with salt and pepper, we dip a liver roll into it, and then we pour it in breadcrumbs.

In a frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil and fry the liver on it to a golden color on all sides. We put the roasted roulette on a napkin in order to absorb excess fat, and then we serve it to the table.

Chicken liver roll with cheese and bacon

Roulette from chicken liver does not have to be a hearty main dish, it may well be a delicious snack to a glass of beer, and the following recipe is a direct proof of that.

Before you can prepare a roll from the liver, the chicken liver itself is washed, drained and cut in half. We put a piece of cheese and olives between the halves, and then tightly wrap the liver "sandwich" with a thin strip of bacon. Fix bacon with toothpicks. We place rolls on parchment for baking and put in a preheated oven to 200 ° C for 10-15 minutes.

Pork liver is mine, dried, cleaned of veins and films and cut into small cubes. In the frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil and fry the onion on it until it is transparent. Add to the onions grated carrots and finely chopped cabbage. Stew the vegetables until soft, and then lay pieces of liver to them. Once the liver is ready, skip the filling through a meat grinder or grind it with a blender, then cool, season and mix with one egg.

Roll out the dough on a dusty surface. From one edge of the layer we spread the liver stuffing and turn off our roll. Before baking, grease the liver roll from the liver with the remaining whipped egg, and then put it in a preheated to 190 ° C oven for 20-25 minutes.
