There is a very strict food system - AD diet. It is designed for 90 days and paints a specific amount of calories for each of them. In order to sustain such a diet, a high degree of discipline and organization is necessary: it is important to observe the calorie intake daily and lead a calm, measured lifestyle without physical exertion. AD diet: bans
In order for this diet to bring you the long-awaited weight loss and do no harm, it is important to strictly follow all the recommendations that are attached to this system. First of all, consider the list of prohibitions:
- discard any alcohol, even in the smallest amounts;
- rejection of fast carbohydrates (means quickly digestible carbohydrates, including sugars, white flour products and refined, refined cereals - rice, semolina);
- give up strong coffee and, preferably, black tea - only the weakest option is allowed;
- the last meal should end no later than 3 hours before bedtime;
- Do not wear shoes with high heels (not necessarily, but desirable);

- picking food, discard all options that include artificial preservatives, dyes, flavors, stabilizers and other chemicals;
- give up chewing gums - they can be chewed only before meals and never - on an empty stomach;

- refuse the juices that you can buy in the store - drink only freshly squeezed, home-made.
