The bulb is cleaned, chopped in small cubes and browned on vegetable oil until half-ready. Then add a little to the chicken meat, drive the egg and throw the chopped parsley. We season the mass with spices, mix it well with our hands and make meatballs. Sweet pepper is processed, shredded cubes, and carrots rubbed on a grater. To the remaining onions, spread the prepared vegetables, mix and pass for 5 minutes. In the saucepan bring the water to a boil, gently lower the chicken meatballs and cook on low heat. After 10 minutes throw the peeled and diced potatoes, add salt and boil for another 10 minutes. After that, we lay out the fried vegetables, cover with a lid and weak the dish until ready. Next, pour soup on plates and served with rustic sour cream and fresh herbs.

Vegetables are thoroughly washed and processed. With tomato, peel and cut the flesh with thin plates. Potatoes, carrots and Bulgarian peppers shredded in small cubes. Bulb and garlic is passed through a meat grinder. Now mix in a bowl of beef and pork forcemeat, add spices, egg and onion with garlic. From the received mass we mold the meatballs with wet hands. Several pieces are put in a frying pan with butter and fry them for several minutes. Then add tomatoes, potatoes, peppers and carrots. All carefully mix and pass for 5 minutes, stirring with a shovel. After this, throw chopped finely garlic and transfer the finished roast in a pan with water. Season with spices to taste, bring to a boil and carefully throw meatballs. Fire reduce, cover with a lid and cook soup for 30 minutes. After half an hour, add the washed rice, put the laurel leaf and cook the dish until completely ready.

Meat is processed and passed through a meat grinder along with peeled onions and garlic. Then add the spices, mix and sculpt from the mince meatballs. Potatoes, carrots and onions are cleaned, and processed cheese is released from packaging. All the vegetables for soup are cut into random slices, and a part of the carrot is rubbed on a large grater.

Fry them on vegetable oil until golden brown, and then put the meatballs and eat for another 5 minutes. After that, gently we shift the entire contents of the pan into a saucepan, pour hot water, add processed cheese curds, cut into cubes, and throw the bay leaf. Season the dish with spices to taste, carefully mix everything and boil for 15 minutes with a weak boil, covering it with a lid. The bay leaf is immediately taken out and thrown away, so that it does not add too much bitterness to the whole soup.
