Brown chocolate sausage
Ingredients:
- cookies - 450 g;
- cream 20% - 6-7 st. spoons;
- sugar - 170 g;
- butter - 200 g;
- cocoa - 75 g;
- chocolate (preferably black) - 60 g;
- nuts (walnuts or any other) - 150 g.
Preparation
For this recipe, take a conventional cookie that crumbles well. Grind it in a simple "grandfather's" way: with a rolling pin in a bag. In a bowl or saucepan mix the cream, cocoa, sugar and chocolate. Stir and boil in a water bath. Lightly cool the mixture. Cut the butter into pieces and add to the cooled mixture. Chopped cookies add parts, mixing well. If the mass is slightly liquid, put it in the cold, so it stiffens a little.
Peel the nuts in a dry frying pan, stirring constantly. Cool them, pile to the desired size and add to the chocolate mass.
Stir the chocolate forcemeat with your hands and make sausage from it. Wrap it in parchment and leave in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.
After three hours, the chocolate cake of the cookie sausage is ready.
Cottage cheese cream sausage
Ingredients:
- sweet straws - 200 g;
- candies creamy, toffee (according to the type of the cow) - 500 g;
- Butter 83% - 100 g.
Preparation

Ingredients:
- biscuit shortbread cookies - 550 g;
- butter creamy 83% - 260 g;
- condensed milk - 1 pot;
- raisins or dried apricots - 0,5 glasses;
- cocoa - 100 g;
- Vanilla sugar - 1 pack.
Preparation
Grind the cookies with a rolling pin or in a blender, it's best that the crumbs be of different sizes. Mix soft butter and condensed milk. Add cookies, raisins and vanillin to this mixture. Stir well. The cream should be quite dense and viscous. Lay out the whole sweet mass on the food film, roll the cake into the sausage and put it in the fridge. The dessert is ready in about 2 hours. If the condensed milk is pre-cooked, it will get a completely different taste. You can experiment with the filling, replacing raisins with nuts.
