Did not have time to defrost the layers of puff pastry? It can be done quickly using a microwave: 30 seconds - it's ready! Divide the dough into squares and cover with a layer of mustard. Prepare the filling by wiping the cheese and chopping the ham. Lay the ham-cheese mixture in the center of the dough and fold the two opposite corners of the square together. Cover the puff with yolk. Bake at 200 for about 20-25 minutes.

A popular analogue of cheese among sweet fillings are apples, which are also pleased with any additions and perfectly combined with the puff pastry itself.

Separate apples into thin slices in the shape of a crescent, fill them with a mixture of water and lemon juice, and then put in a microwave for 3 minutes. Pieces of apples, extract and dry. Roll the dough into strips 4-4.5 cm wide. Lubricate each of the strips with chocolate paste, lay out pieces of apples and roll everything into a roll. The output will be a rose, which should be placed in a cake pan and sent to the oven for 40 minutes at 185 degrees.
