Recipe for lean chocolate mannica without flour in the oven
Ingredients:
- semolina - 320 g;
- brown sugar - 120 g;
- sunflower oil - 80 ml;
- dark cocoa - 2.5 tbsp. spoons;
- vanillin - 0,5 tsp.
- cinnamon (ground) - 0,5 tsp.
- baking powder - 1,5 tsp.
- water 280 ml.
Preparation
The water is slightly warmed to a slightly warm state and poured it with a mango, previously mixed with vanillin and brown sugar. In this recipe, we recommend using sugar that is brown, because it will give our mannika more sweetness and flavor. After an hour has passed, add the sunflower oil to the bowl with a well-swelled croup. Dark cocoa mix with baking powder for dough and also introduce them. In the end, sprinkle everything with ground cinnamon and mix thoroughly the combined ingredients until a smooth, uniform consistency is obtained. This dough turns a little liquid, so on the bottom of the mold we lined an oiled sheet of baking paper, and after pouring into it a chocolate dough for our lean but insanely delicious manna. We put everything in a preheated to 175 degrees oven and bake dessert from semolina for 50-55 minutes.

Ingredients:
- fine sugar - 200 g;
- croup of semolina - 250 g;
- water 250 g;
- flour (the highest grade) - 130 g;
- extract of vanilla - 1 teaspoon;
- sunflower oil (refined) - 1/4;
- baking powder - 2 tsp;
- fresh or frozen cherries - 250-300 g.
Preparation
Pour the groats with ordinary clean water. After we pour in small sugar here, mix it and set this bowl aside for 1-1.5 hours. After, when everything is swelling up, we add refined oil to the manga, extract of fragrant vanilla and mix everything. The flour is sieved into a container of croup, along with the baking powder added to it. The usual mixer mix the contents of the bowl until a liquid, but not a dough (like sour cream) is obtained. We move it to the form in which you decided to bake your mannik. Prepared berries cherries one by one immersed in the surface of the dough. Now all this beauty is sent to the oven, heated to 185 degrees and somewhere in 40 minutes we get ready-made manicure with a cherry, prepared exclusively from lean ingredients.
