Preparation

In the water we throw salt, flour and knead very dense dough. We wrap it in a towel and leave it on the table for 35 minutes.

In the meantime, we prepare the filling: all the greens are carefully sorted, washed and dried. Then cut, add to a bowl and water with vegetable oil. Thoroughly mix and season to taste with spices. The dough is divided into parts, rolled into thin circles and spread out the filling. From the top we cover with the second workpiece, we patch the edges and fry the flat cakes with greens from both sides in a dry frying pan.

In a convenient dish we pour out the flour, pour kefir, we throw salt, soda, sugar and mix the elastic soft dough. We form a lump from it, put it in a bowl, cover with a damp towel and leave it for 30 minutes.

Cheese shred on a large grater, throw chopped shallow greens and mix. The dough is divided into 7 identical parts, each rolled into a circle and put the green stuffing with cheese in the center. We fix the edges, we go from above with a rolling pin and bake cakes in a dry frying pan for several minutes on each side. After it is smeared with each creamy melted butter and spread on a flat plate with a puff.

We sift the flour, throw a little salt, pour in the oil, cold water and mix the soft dough with our hands. We make a lump out of it and remove it aside while covering it with a napkin.

Cottage cheese we put in a bowl, we throw chopped shallow greens, podsalivaem and we mix. Prepared earlier dough we divide into 8-10 parts, we roll out each in a layer of the round form and we spread out a stuffing. Cover the top with the second piece, protect the edges and fry cakes with greens in a dry frying pan. After that, add the baking pile and serve with sour cream.
