How to cook blueberry pie? In a deep bowl, combine the sifted flour, sugar, dry yeast and salt. All the dry ingredients thoroughly mix, and then gradually pour in warm milk, without stopping to interfere. Next, add a little vegetable oil and knead a homogeneous, non-sticky dough, which is covered with a clean towel and leave at room temperature for about 1 hour. After an hour, the dough is slightly damped, we pinch off a small part for decoration, and the rest is rolled into a circle a bit larger than the baking dish. We spread the base from the dough into a mold, greased with vegetable oil, form low sides and abundantly lubricate the whole base with blueberry jam. On top grate on a large grater the remaining piece of dough and send the form to a preheated to 175 degrees oven for about 30 minutes. After the time has elapsed, gently let it cool down completely and serve it to the table with milk or hot tea.

To prepare the blueberry pie with sour cream, first knead the short pastry, for this we sift into a bowl deep in a bowl, add the hard butter or margarine and carefully chop everything with a knife. Separately, whisk the egg yolks with sugar and then pour them into a bowl with the oil cut in the flour and mix the homogeneous smooth dough that does not stick to the hands. We transfer it to the surface sprinkled with flour, roll it into a ball, wrap it in a food film and put it away for half an hour in the refrigerator.

Without losing time, we prepare the cottage cheese dough: we put curd into a bowl, add vanilla sugar to taste and eggs, then gradually pour the sifted flour, mix and add soft butter.

Now it's the turn of the pouring: beat the sour cream mixer with eggs and sugar. In the end, add the lemon zest and mix. If sour cream is very liquid, then you can add a little flour or starch.

Further, the bottom of the detachable form is covered with baking paper, lightly greased with vegetable oil. We remove the short dough from the refrigerator, distribute it evenly on the bottom of the mold, forming small side edges 5 cm high. Place the uniformly cottage cheese dough on the base and level it on the bottom. On top of the curd layer we lay with flour berries of blueberries and sprinkle them with sugar. Now gently pour the fill and put the pie shape in a preheated to 180 degree oven. Bake the dessert for 50 minutes, until the top is properly blushed. The finished blueberry pie with sour cream is taken out of the oven, let it cool down a little and shift from the mold to the grate until it cools down completely.
