Next, put the dough in a bag and put it away for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Without losing time, we will prepare the filling for the pie: take the strawberries, mine, dry and grind the blender, add a little sugar and mix. The rhubarb is peeled, cut into small pieces and also covered with sugar, and then leave to stand for 30 minutes. At the end of time, gently drain the juice. The table is sprinkled with flour, the dough is divided into 2 parts and rolled one part into a thin layer. We shift the layer into a greased baking dish, forming the sides.
