For the preparation of creamy chocolate sausages according to this recipe from biscuits and cocoa, we need any fine sand base. Most often for this purpose they use biscuits "Whipped milk" or "Jubilee". Place the necessary quantity of this product in a plastic bag and roll it with a rolling pin to get the crumbs. You can use the blender cup for this purpose, grinding the cookies in it.

We melt the creamy peasant butter in a ladle, add the sugar and heat the mixture, stirring, until all the sweet crystals are blossomed. Remove the vessel from the fire and then add cocoa powder to the mixture. Finally, pour crushed nuts and crumbs of cookies and knead thoroughly.

We spread the obtained creamy-chocolate mass onto the food film's cut, turn it off, giving the product the shape of the sausage, and place it for several hours on the shelf of the refrigerator for solidification.

Before serving, we get rid of the film and cut the sausage into pieces.

As in the previous case, grind the shortbread cookie in crumbs, leaving about a third to add to products of larger pieces.

We put the ground mass in a bowl, add the softened thoroughly, but not melted creamy peasant oil, pour out the condensed milk and pour the cocoa powder. Thoroughly mix the mass, lay the left cookies, breaking it into large pieces, throw the shredded nuts at will and mix again.

We decorate the product in the same way as in the previous recipe, laying it on the film, folding it neatly, giving it a sausage shape. Send the workpiece to cool for several hours in the refrigerator compartment, after which you can cut the delicacy into portions and try.
